Our next bout is Fight to the finnish.
Where the superhuman Scandinavians, Helsinki roller derby, will be taking on everyone as they play DRR, the Lincolnshire Bombers and the Romsey Town Rollerbillies, creating a four team tournament where everyone has their eyes on the gold medal!
Each UK team will play 30 minutes against the Finns, and the team with the best point differential will go through to the final to play Helsinki in a full length bout. There may even be some bonus Merby action (a rematch for Southern Discomfort vs Cocked Tails) while Helsinki take a rest in between games (not that they’ll need it!).
